s4 t2 gauge problem

the other day i drove my t2 to school and since its mostly gutted i had to have the gauge cluster just sit on the metal rack... well i got on it once and it kinda fell, after that it stopped working... i tried to put in my s5 n/a gauge cluster no help and i tried disconnecting my s4 t2 gauge cluster then reconnecting and no help.... whats the problem? any suggestions?

Are some of the guages working? Is the back lights comming on? Or is it all dead?

If it's all dead I would suspect the short harness going from the front body harness to the guage cluster came unplugged or got dammaged. it's only about a foot long so just trace it back and see if it still plugged in.
