Not much. Youll have to swap front covers to accommodate the mechanical omp. S5 front cover use a electrical omp. I believe thats it if you plan on using all the s4 electronics and intakes. You wont be able to run the s4 egr valve either, as the s5 middle iron has no egr valve spot.

The front cover is what covers the front of the engine. Sounds like your gonna need alot of help. ...:/If the engines are out of the car its easier. Make sure you stand the motor up. (Flywheel towards the ground). Unbolt the cover and pull it off. Clean new cover for proper sealing. Theres a 3/8 hole to the bottom right of the front iron. You need to make sure the proper o ring is installed. (O ring might get stuck to cover when you pull it off so check for it) Its a good idea to replace the o ring actually. But you can sometimes get away with re using. If it doesn't have a proper seal you will have poor oil pressure. Make sure it stays secure in the when putting new front cover on. Im sure you can search for a better description of what im trying to explain.

I was referring to a n/a swap. Im not even sure what the op was referring to. I think think its all the same for turbo too if im not mistaken. But i should say that you he needs to keep the appropriate flywheels on the motor. S5 flywheel stays on s5. S4 on s4 etc.
