The turbo and the N/A are different on a 87-88 for sure. I know not about the later years. The n/a uses vacuum to operater the relief diaphram while the turbo uses pressure from the airpump routed thru the relief solenoid back to the acv to operate the relief diaphram in the acv. Thats what little I know about it.
