i have a s4 vert that has a rust problem and I’m looking at getting a hold of a hatch back to put my verts engine in would i have any problem going to a s5 body / dose any one have any tips or concerns

If its just shells your swapping, then you should be fine.
As long as you keep you engine and engine control systems as a set, there should not be any major problems.
However, I dont have any experience with the verts, so there may be some subframe issues. Are the motor mounts diferent? Not sure.
