S4 engine in S5

S4 engine in S5
Hi!
I have a S5 Turbo II with a blown water o-ring. (Not the car in my avatar)
I've bought a used S4 engine and my idea is to switch only the "block".
So i want to connect all the electronics and external parts like the intake and exhaust manifold of the S5 car to the S4-block.
Should it work? I know that the knock sensor is on a different position. Any other problems?
