s4 alternator signal wire.... can i make alternator charge more?
ok i have a feeling that my alternator is not putting out 100%... i have replaced it over and over (warrenty exchange) and they just dont do it.
The last one tested ok, but the guy swapped it out for me anyway. Im still getting low volts. Im starting the think maybe the signal ot the voltage regulater inside the alt is not right or something
The two wires in the little plug were frayed and touching eachother at one point... what will that do?
What happends if i cut the signal wire?...its like the S terminal i think.
Im thinking of running two alts... i dont have the money for a fd one. but i have an extra alt and relocation bracket.
