s-afc??????????
assuming i have a full custom exhaust, intake, and some other mods not relevant to this post, and i get a 50 shot of nitrous, will i have to replace my fuel pump, injectors, and / or anything else???thanks!

sorry bout the confusion...i meant, if i put a 50 shot in my car, and upgrade the fuel, would i have to put an s-afc in my car to keep it from too lean or rich? (87 na gxl) thanks

First there is nothing wrong with running nitrous on a rotary. It has been done for years. I have done it to my 86 TII and my 91 vert with no ill effects, and that is because it was done correctly. I only recommend the wet systems because it adds fuel with the nitrous. You would only need the AFC if you installed larger injectors, or if you just wanted to do some tuning to it, but it isn't needed to run nitrous.

nitrous kits are around $500-600 right?, how much does the refill cost? I can't imagine wasting tons of money on refills, because you knnow everytime you race someone and you are going to use the boost just so you can keep up with them or beat them even worse than you would with out the nos. Wouldn't a turbo or supercharger be a better investment for your car?

No idea how much the kit costs ... But I agree with you. I dont like the idea that you run out.
