Corksport makes s4 turbo ones here:
http://www.corksport.com/corksport-e...8-lhd-rx7.html

A guy named Chris at Zero-G Motorsports makes and/or repairs all FC engine harness I believe, here is their email:
zero.g.motorsports@gmail.com

Mazdatrix carries s4 and s5 turbo harnesses here:
http://www.mazdatrix.com/86-92Electrical-Engine.htm

I've also heard of people buying them straight from Mazda.

Here. Thats the best answer for both of your questions. People sell both for decent prices. New parts are kinda pricey.

Search through the for-sale/classified section on this website. If you can not find what you are looking for just start a WTB (wanted to buy) thread and ask for what you want. New parts from the dealership or any of the distributors are super expensive.

Here is a list of some good websites that sell parts for our cars.

rx7club.com (of course)
mazdatrix.com
atkinsrotary.com
rhdjapan.com (SuperNow products in English)
rotary-works.com
racingbeat.com
bnrsupercars.com (turbo upgrades/rebuilds)
pocketlogger.com (Rtek Ecu Mods)
mariahmotorsports.com
mmr-direct.com (careful, they've had some order filling issues, but they make good products)
ground-control-store.com (suspension)
shineautoproject.com (body kits)
rotarysportsracing.com
rotaryshack.com
pineappleracing.com
rotaryresurrection.com
corksport.com
hopupracing.com
xtremeeuro.com (Sniper Racing)

There is always ebay to price check and source some parts as well.
