I just bought another 5 gallon of it from dennis kirk i think it was like $220 Its the best 2 stroke oil out there in my mind.

How is MMO for premix? I see not too many people use it, is there a reason?

Its been covered in ******* detail. How much detail, we went and posted the freaking MSDS's on MMO. SEARCH. The reason not too many people use it, is because its a waste of money and isn't TCW3. Some people here use it, but no educated person here will rave about its properties to lube the housings. Do you know what a placebo is? That is all that MMO is.

Oh, and I've been using walmarts supertech TCW3 for 10k miles. At $1.14/16oz I'm laughing at everyone paying >$4. for basicaly the same **** thats labled differently. Granted the ash content on expensive **** probably lets their sparkplugs last about 500 miles longer. The cost of sparkplugs really doesn't justify it though.

Now stop posting and SEARCH.

Who uses Castor oil??? Your exhaust will make people **** their pants. Remember hearing about old old planes that used it. The exhaust was basiclly directed at the pilot. The had to prettymuch wear a diaper. Castor oil makes you poop. I had an old Husky dirtbike that required castor oil. You guys probably mean Castrol branded two cycle oil.

I use Maxima Castor 927, Its a racing 2-cycle oil its formulated with castor oil, high-performance additives and synthetic esters. It says it helps pervent spark plug fouling and carbon buildup. I run it in my honda 250R and i dont drive my T2 much so i run it in it also. I've ran it for a while now and have no carbon buildup, and No No problem with shitin my pants. The motor Runs great and i had a problem with detination a while back and the motor is still strong as ever.

wtf are you talking about? this is not the same stuff, go to any motocross race and you will be breathing castor oil and race gas. i didn't see anyone running for their life to the bathrooms, besides, castor oil was originally intended to make people vomit not crap themselves...

As Kenteth alluded to earlier, the MSDS was posted on MMO. If you don't know what an MSDS is, it's basically a listing of the ingredients, safety hazards, and first aid requirements for ingestion, skin hazards, what to do if you accidently smoke it to get high, etc...

MMO is predominately mineral spirits. That's right......paint thinner. Paint thinner with some aromatics mixed in to produce the odor so many of you seem to enjoy coming from your exhaust

Meh, for some actual TCW3. Everyone look at the VISCOSITY index and compare it to MMO snakeshit.

Amsoil Injetex Premix (TCW3)

Motex 2Cyc Outboard (TCW3)

Lucas 2Cyc Racing Premix (TCW3)

MMO snakeshit (NOT TCW3)

Basicaly, MMO has right around an eigth of the viscosity of true TCW3 standard premix. viscosity is what protects your housings, not pretty pepermint smell.

Yes, it is the same stuff. You are partially correct. It has dated back as far as Egyptian times to induce labor.Medicinal castor oil is prepared from the yield of the first pressing; this is used as a purgative and laxative. Oil from the second pressing is used as a lubricant for machinery, as a softening agent in making artificial leather, in the dressing of genuine leather, in brake fluids, and in paints and plastic materials. The residue can be used as fertilizer and (after the poisonous substance, ricin, is removed) as cattle feed. Applied topically, castor oil was recommended to remove warts. Mixed with baking soda, castor oil was used to soften and remove calluses from the feet. Rarely, castor oil was to be taken internally as a purgative. Warm castor oil packs applied to the abdomen was the most widely recommended use for castor oil. Castor oil packs were given for a variety of complaints, from breaking up abdominal adhesions, to loosening locked bowels. Abdominal castor oil packs were typically followed by doses of olive oil.

By the way TCW3 stands for Two Cycle Watercooled formula 3, third formula because of the reformulated gas that they currently sell us.

Hi guys, pls excuse my trivial question, I'm a new owner from Malaysia. Just read through this whole thread and was suprised that ppl actually add 2 stroke oil into RE. Is the primary purpose to reduce apex seals wear? Wouldn't premix fuel reduces the Octane number of the fuel? So what r the Pros and Cons of using 2T oil?

So if I've decided to run on premix, do I need to disconnect the stock oil injection components or can I run them concurrently without any drawback?

I run premix in mine main cause

1. Don't trust the OMP anymore
2. I broke the Oil injector lines
3. S5 motor in S4 car, Electric omp on S5 and manual on S4, didn't fell like making it work again.

you can run them both at the same time-- only drawback is you still ahve to add oil in the engine. upside of running both-- you can run leaner premix b/c the oil injectors are still shitting it out

I would have to say the best by far though it costs more is certainly IDEMITSU PREMIX....top notch and the best rotary lube ever.
