bump for what? Your *** dyno isn't calibrated.

There's no way for us to prove that the S5 manifold is faster using your dyno method. You need to take the car to the track or to the dyno if you're convinced the S5 manifold is losing power for you. But right in this forum you have proof that the S5 manifold produces more power, it is/was a sticky in this forum.

i say the s5 intake does have more power but the s4 feels faster and can't slip the wheels any more when sifting to 2nd gear. the frist day i put the s4 intake back on the rpms just went from like 4000rpm to 7000 real fast and now it does not pull as hard as the other day when i put it on and how do you set the bac valve

i think i am going to have to put the s5 intake manifold back on because the s4 has less power but when i went to the tack with the s5 i hit a 16.6 at 81mph

rx-7fc: man, I'm gonna give you some advice here, and this is very important:

1) before you type ANYTHING, think about what you are going to type. ORGANIZE the information in your statements. important background information should come first, not after the initial problem.
This will make your post much clearer to the reader. You may actually get an answer to your problem...
because this mess you posted makes no sense...

2) There is a systematic method to fixing something, randomly switching between parts (manifolds, pulling cats, "Adjusting" AFMs etc) is only gonna further complicate the situation. In your case I would state the problem clearly (on the forum) and wait for suggestions... then go throught them one by one, then post results, and continue from there.

(We can help you this way...)

Best bet, dyno the car before you start f'ing with it and swaping sh*t around.
