roadtrip to NYC

k, yesterday was beautiful around this part of the country. not a cloud in the sky n fairly warm, so i decided to go for a drive. at first, it was going to be around the I495 (capital beltway), then decided to go to philly for a cheese steak... stopped in delaware to get gas (4 fill ups yesterday ) it was 4:30 at the time, n i was like wat the f#&k, i'll just drive up to NYC... got stuck in traffic on NJ turnpike.. got to the city at around 8pm.... saw my boi in heckensack, nj....stayed in the area for like2 hrs.. grabbed a cornedbeef sandwich n a 40 n left outta there at like 10pm... did like 100 on avg on jersey turnpike... current top speed (with new motor n larger wheels)=147mph... car felt great the whole time.. cruising at 100 in the car with those new tires felt like i was doing 60...made it home by 12:45... not too bad.. of course a road trip wouldnt be one without run-ins with the locals.. lolz... ran numerous cars... da typical american V8s are given... just ignored da civics.. did run a pretty nice prelude in baltimore, but too much traffic to get to speed... e46 330ci n 328ci, 3 car race from about 65.. i shutted down at 130.... da 330 was some wat with me the whole time (obviously not stock), but da 328 was left behind n i think its speed lim kicked in at 120... in delaware, s2000.. not much of a race since he shut down at 110... did race a 944 turbo jersey.. good run... had the 944 by 5-6cars when we shut down.. then the best of all... a mid-late 90s 911 twin.... of course, my doors were blown off.. but the guy wa intrigued enough slow down n give me a thumbs up... i think i coulda had him if i had my rx7club.com sticker on... lolz... newayz, overall, it was a good trip.. i needed it... i woulda taken pictures.. but i was pretty busy driving.. although i do regret not taking the picture of the 911.. it was a beauty....
