right size i/c?

I was wondering what the "right size" intercooler would be for my TII(if there is such a thing). What would be too big? Would 39"x18"x2.5" with 3" inlets be too big? What would cause a big pressure drop? Thanks alot for any info.

I kinda had a feeling about that, lol. Its one from a Ford powerstroke diesel. Looks real nice though. What size is good then? Say 24"x18"x3"?

Sizing the intercooler is an important part of making power. That size intercooler would be totally pointless on the stock turbo. I would go with a small NPR intercooler for a stock turbo. You will be able to fit it without cutting and the flow rate will match the turbos cfm more accurately

Alright so the small NPR is on my list now. Can that be installed without having to do alot of other work(ie: move the battery, etc)?
