Florida has highest rates, if I get a 7 with over 3.0 GPA and Driver's Ed its $1200 every 6 months. I have to pay for insurance so I dunno what ill do

North West New Jersey. Town i live in is called Long Valley. However it is right next to Chester and Hacketstown. Where abouts are you?
