for RETed and anyone else who can help
i am about to buy a new engine to be street ported, would it be better to go with FD rotor bearings, and 3 window bearings, with a 100psi race/street oil pressure regulator and the thermo pellet block?? or should i just go with the thermo pellet block?? thanks for the help

So a good rule of thumb is that if you're using the stock ECU, you don't need all the extra crazy bearings and stuff.
100psi oil pressure regulators are overkill on the street.  You'll get excessive oil smoke from all the oil bypass from the excessive oil pressure.  I recommend running the 80-85psi one for street cars!

Racing Beat would be easiest.  They are all basically early model OPR's that have been shimmed, so unless you know someone who works on old rotaries, RB would be your best bet. ![Smilie](https://www.rx7club.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Ted, the FD oil pressure regulator bypasses at 80-85 PSI, correct?
