removing the air pump

How do i convert my car over to one without an air pump? I have a T2 engine in my N/a, and i don't want the extra load on my engine. How does that work since there are many solenoids that use vaccuums to detect things in the engine?

The air pump requires very little load to drive it. You won't notice the difference from removing it.
How does that work since there are many solenoids that use vaccuums to detect things in the engine?
The air pump supplies air to the exhaust ports and cat via the Air Control Valve on the side of the intake manifold. This is for emissions purposes. There are several valves inside the AVC that are operated by the solenoid valves under the intercooler. If you remove any part of this system (air pump, ACV, cat, solenoids, etc) the rest becomes redundant. If you need to pass emissions checks, you need it all in place.

Yes.
