remove TII emissions?

Im rebuilding my engine (88 TII) with a good size bridge port and when i install it i dont want any of the emissions going back in as well as the ac. I saw a kit of cover plates for each piece do i need something like that? also whats involved in removing the air pump (i know i cant just remove it). My goal is to make the car all engine. thankyou

If you go a search you will find some threads on this kind of stuff.

just make sure you have a way around emissions testing because I don't think the bridge port engine is easy to pass through emmissions.
