Reliable mods?

I want to add reliability and power (in that order) to my stock '88 13BT. I was thinking upgrades in the neighborhodd of: radiator, intercooler, turbo timer, and then proceed with the air box, exhast system and eventually boost increase. Suggestions?

well if your gonna upgrade the exhaust and intake and all you should port the wastegate and upgrade the fuel system, and add an fcd but definatly add a turbo timer, radiator, replace hoses and belts cuz you know theyre old and worn out.
