I've heard bad things about water wetter in rotarys. but to use it on the street. you still need 50/50 water antifreze. you just add the water wetter in. when I put mine in I just sucked some coolant out of the top of the rad, then poured the bottle in when I had enough taken out.

Just remove some antifreeze(pour into recovery/reservoir bottle) out of new gallon jug and pour the redline(1 or 2 bottles) into the antifreeze bottle and shake. And then mix 50:50 with water. I use only 1 bottle since I do a radiator drain/refill yearly.
While in traffic on a hot day, my inaccurate temp gauge never goes above halfway. The water wetter is not a bandaid for failing/inadequate cooling systems. It aids/improves the cooling system, prevents temperature spikes/fluctuations, lubes the water pump, conditions seals..... Some magazines tested it with an accurate temp gauge and claim a 10+degree drop and more consistent water temp.
Everyone says to use the evans coolant. What does it cost ~$20+ a gallon? Doesn't need water? Buy more antifreeze? Non mixable with ethylene glycol(green stuff we use)? They call it propylene glycol. Sierraantifreeze at $6 gallon is also pure nonaqueous propylene glycol. Evans sounds like high profit margin antifreeze. And at one time, they even recommended flushing your antifreeze with the cheap enviro antifreeze to help remove all the water. They also recommended new water pumps, thermostats, caps, radiators, hoses..... curing the potential overheating problem and claiming that it was the NPG. They even sell oversized radiators which is the best cure for excessively hot coolant.
