Rebuilt TII Power issues

Rebuilt TII Power issues
So over the summer I rebuilt my first engine...I wasn't going to bother trying to dig it out of the snow over winter break but I couldn't resist. So I dug it out and it started up quite easily.
Problem is that after about 4-5 minutes of holding the rpm at 1500-2000 to help it warm up I tried to move it out of its spot and i began to lose all power. I have to rev it up to 3k to keep it from bogging down too much when I start to let the clutch out. eventually it got to a point where i had the clutch pushed in and was just trying to keep the engine alive, to the point where i had to floor it to get the engine to just hold 1500 rpm. I ended up giving up after moving the car about 1 foot because I'm afraid something is terribly wrong.
Now some of the things I have noticed is that the engine cannot really idle, if I am real careful I can let the throttle out enough to hold it at about 1k, I cant go below that, but granted it is a newly rebuild engine (read: never actually driven, has been ran in total for less than an hour.)
Engine seems to have rough spots, I don't remember where all of them are, and I've only revved it up to about 4k, but certain spots seem to make the whole car shake when rpm are held steady, seems to do this at about 1700 and 1300 rpm(ish).
Also the exhaust looks like it may have a slight blue tint to it, but that might just be me trying to find something to contribute the power loss to.
AFM IS plugged in, and so is the TPS, however I have not checked the TPS or reset it because I dont have the tools to do so/ don't quite understand how to yet.
So what do you all say?

You have to make sure all your sensors are hooked up properly. Search about setting the TPS. Buy a multimeter and set it by ohms, that's going to be the quickest way. You may have a vacuum leak though. I recommend you pressure test for leaks. The tool I always recommend is something like this: www.boostpro.net/prodtester.html , which you can make yourself out of home depot parts if you like.
Yes, you may need to buy some kind of air compressor if you can't borrow one. You could also try the whole spraying carb cleaner in the engine bay trick but it is not as effective as a pressure test.
