rebuild questions

my first time attempting a rebuild, had a few friends but they flaked out. so im left doing it solo. but with the history my cars been through, im short on money. about 500.00 to spend. so can anybody give me a list of all the parts i need for a very basic rebuild? price would be nice to haha.
