rebuild kits?

is it necessary to get a rebuild kit when rebuildin engines cuz i really dont wanna spend like $900 on rebuild kit, i can buy an engine for less than that.

yea that engine might be less. but who knows when that one could go out.(if its not rebuilt) just depends how long you want it to last and how much money you got. go to atkins rotary. my friend bought a rebuild kit there for dirt. like 428 shipped i think

How are you going to rebuild an engine with no rebuildkit??? Also I think that rotaryaviation is the cheapest on rebuild kits.

I think that they call those rotor kits, they are cheap and really all you need, unless something else is broke. O and a gasket set.

If all your seals and crap measure within spec then you can reuse them. You really do need a gasket set though.
