Unhappy Rebuild is alive, with problems.

Finally the rebuild is up and running, sorta. It has exactly 60 oil pressure and is currently set on idling at 1500rpm since it is a rebuild. It idles steady and no sign of dieing or anything of that sort. But after the car warms up the turbo (just rebuilt it as well) smokes really bad, at first smelled like burning plastic, then after about 4 minutes it smelled like smoke from a fire so I cut the engine off and misted the turbo till it cooled.

Any suggestions? Does it sound like it isnt getting coolant?

Also, on the rear housing there is a nipple going straight up in the middle of the top if i remember correctly. I read post about this being a coolant line and that it can be ran directly to the back of the water pump. I did that, but was wondering if it was ment to run somewhere else and if what I did was wrong. Cause my coolant appears to have something floating in it. And I have this oil leak that is kinda bad and it has coolant in it or either has a coolant leak with it. If the rebuild was bad it wouldnt start up and have good oil pressure correct? So is there any lines I could have messed up that are mixing the two? Like the one on the housing? Please be good news and not bad news .
Thanks
Dane (Almost there )

Well I have been hunting this oil leak down with no avail. I think that it can be because of the PCV System? I have the charcoal can removed but nothing hooking up to relieve the pressure of the oil system. So this might be the reason for both of my problems?

I drained the coolant and dont see any oil in it, looks like vasoline or something I used in assembly. Not too much in it so not worried about that anymore.

If anyone has pictures of a S4 TII PCV nipples could you post them. I read 2 on the oil filler neck and 1 on the mid iron. I only 1 one on the neck and cant locate the mid iron nipple. Is it under the UIM/TB?

Thanks
