ok lets calm down a little....it's a freaking LS!
and at 3k feet in elevation, put it at sea level, and I'm sure there are some n/a's around that could have a problem with it. I get tired of people jumping on the bandwagon to rip hondas. I had a gsr before the turbo II and it's a sweet car. I intend to on another honda again one day. Probably a hybrid hatchback

Yeah let's all jump on the bandwagon and make fun of Honda's, yep, he might only run a 15.9 now, and there may be a lot of people on here that can beat that time. But here's my question for you... will you be able to run quicker than that "LS" 2 years from now when your motor is blown due to leaning out the A/F ratio slightly or "poor tuning"!?
Alllllllll right then...your driving a 15 year old car that will last another five years (if that!), while the punk in the Honda will be running 15's till hell freezes over! Honda makes some great cars, not all of them are designed to run the 1/4, period.

Now say our engine only lasts 5 more years, then we get a rebuild and we're still under $5000 for the most part. So to make a long story short, if we get a new engine every 5 years thats about $12, 000 or so over a 20 year period. A 98 Integra LS goes for that much just about. Point blank, they are working their asses off for a 15.9 and spending alot more money.

IMHO Driving in a straight line is plain boring, and for rednecks with no driving skill.
And I seriously doubt you can stay under budget, the average person buys a TII for 4-5k, add another motor for 5k and other costs of maintence for another 3k your at the average buying price of any 94+ Acura Integra LS, hell you can find one for 5k alone, and it'll outlast most other cars for 5k. That and lets be honest, we've seen people on the boost go through a lot more than only 2 motors in a shorter time period than 2 years.
I'm sorry, but for super relibility, sporty daily driver, great resale value, it's hard to top a Integra LS, you can buy them for 5 grand and add an intake for 20 bucks and run in the 15's. They run 15.9 STOCK so I dont know how they are "working there asses off to run 15's" but okay
I admit they maybe not be super fast, but they weren't designed to be, they were designed to be a decent, daily driver that gets great gas mpg, while still being quite sporty.
Jump OFF the Honda-hater bandwagon.

Oh and to be quite honest I lost some respect for hondas when I read on their forum. I like some hondas, but they just have to be done right and made fast. Sorry but I really don't have respect for too many 2 door cars that aren't fast.
