rear wiper relay verification
ok just wanted to make sure this is the problem before i go replacing the relay. i have an 89 TII and the rear wiper does not work. ihave 2 12v going back there, the washer sprays but wiper movement on any setting. i already have teh realy just double checking.. thanks and oh yea the realy for the rear wiper is the very top one?? thanks

The rear wiper relay is #3 in this picture:

It is built into the switch. To replace it, would require circuit board soldering skills.
However if the rear wiper is not working at all, on either intermittent or ON positions the likelyhood of the relay being bad is about 1 in 100,000. See, if the relay fails, it usually only looses one speed, not both.
Much more likely is either a bad or disconnected motor.
If you are convinced that it is the relay, I do sell rebuilt wiper switches on my webstore, as well as can rebuild your's for you.
But I personally don;t think the relay is the issue.

well the funny thing is that if you go to the back of the car with a volt meter you can use the ground on the body and if you touch each of the connectors that go to the motor they both have 12v and the harnes has not been spliced or cut into ever
