Rear Strut Mounts

1989 rx7 Convertable, standard suspension.
I just received my order of F/R Tokico struts and mounts. On the original rear struts there are a set of rubber bushings that go in the center of the mount. One below the mount, and one above the mount. There is a metal sleeve that fits in the center of these bushings. The strut shaft fits through the sleeve. The whole thing resembles a normal top shock mount for a shock that top mounts through the chassis. They would normally come with the shock. They are missing from the new strut or mounting package. They are shown in the Service Manual (Rear Suspension)as parts 5,7, & 9. Amazingly the parts manual does not show these parts. Tokico, 800-549-2549, is checking for me. However, I get the feeling that they will not be the source. Where do I turn to, as Mazda Parts does not show these parts? Any help, Please……
