I am in the process of replacing my subframe (complete with the Aframe, lateral links, hubs etc.) and the bottom bolt that goes through my coilovers into the aframe is really hard to thread. I dont want to strip it. Are all the thread patterns for these the same and if not could I remove the part that connects the Aframe to the strut (what the bolt threads into). What is the bolt thread pattern?

right on...I think they are the same size but different thread M12 1.5 instead of M12 1.25

If you are referring to the lower strut mount that threads into the control arm, then you are correct. At some point Mazda changed the thread pitch. The early cars were a larger pitch then the later cars.
