rear fender flares and rear quarter panel

I was thinking of making some rear fender flares for my car, but i dont know if i should do it or not since its going to require cutting of the rear quarter pannels. With wider tires under there, theres no way you can prevent the quarter panel from hitting the tire. Especially if the cars lowered. I wont be doing this project anytime soon since i dont have enough power to justify putting big tires on yet. But i would feel bad cutting into my car, which its totally mint, has orignal paint and reltively low miles. What would you do? cut the quarter panels, or just leave it be? Its an all or nothing kind of decision, cant go back unless i find one hell of a sheet metal god.

im going to make front fenders too, but thats no problem since you can take those off.

If your going to do the work right then go for flared fenders. Any unique modification is usually a good modification.

Do it, wide fenders look sweet as well as allow huge *** wheels and tires. If you do a good job you will be my god.
