RE/Scoot type louvred hood pics (in progress)
#29
well my huge problem is that shed that these pics are taken in was dismantled when I went to morcco this summer along with ALL of my tools, resins and all that were in there. The hoods and a few other things I stashed in the attic. I have someone funding another mold for the dash kit this week so that should be available soon as well hopefully. I can finish off that hood but I have to have it shipped to me from Oregon so if you want it I wont make much of anything off of it, but can make a mold and be able to offer it again.

I had a customer who ordered it and when I went to morocco and came back and moved to NC he wasnt ready to pick it up. He sold his car now the hood has nowhere to go. I would love to mold it but at the time I had no more time or money to do so and couldnt bring the hood with me when i moved. Now it isnt going anywhere so I want to make a mold from it and sell it, but still limited by money.

well guys the sad thing is that I am broke and cant really make anything unless I sell the first ones to boot so I can have the money to make the mold. Kinda like a paradox. Either that or wait months until I have enough money to do it on my own. So if someone wants to buy the first one then the ball is rolling again and I can make replicas.

lol someone else mentioned the same.....and I will rid the prototype for 500, and the only reason I want to sell it for the full price is because I have to have it shipped to me here in NC and make a mold from it. Ahh hell, Ill take 400 for it, I wont make anything though and at least ill have a mold, so anyone want to have the deciptocon hood lemme know and from there I can start selling more of these....go great with the transformer rx-8

Hey, would you be willing to do one without the top lip like in the first pics? I like that better because it resembles the stock smoothe lines of the car. Would you charge extra for such as this or would it be the same or what? Thanks in advance.

hey dlt that looks pretty damn nice. to bad i already bought a hood, your bodykits looks sick 2. I drew up some nice FC kits about a 2 years ago and they looked pretty nice. Actually one i had drawn looks just like the gp sports kit and i drew my kit before i had even seen that kit.
you do some amazing work, i cant wait to see the final product painted and installed.

look...in this case that would be very easy to do..if you want i could build this hood...makea mold then for sure you cold take it al off and that would work perfectly because there would be no filing involved, just take off what is already on top and everything underneath wil be the same...so yes, that is doable.

I'm no where near ready to buy body parts but this hood is exactly what I'm looking for. I would go ahead and buy this one if I had the ability to. But my money is tied up in my engine first. Looks are 2nd.
Please keep us updated on your hood. I will buy one from you later if you still make them.
