Well, I was wondering if I can use the Cat-replacement w/ presilencer from an 89-91 NA M/T for my '88 NA M/T. I completely removed my aux ports. So I don't need to have those actuated. From the pictures, it looks like the main difference between the 86-88 and then 89-91 is the little thing that is used to actuate the ports. Thanks for any info.

the Pipes are dimensionally the same... you are right, there is no 6-port tube hookup on the presilencer for the 89-91's since they use the air pump for the 6-ports..

So.. yes you can use it... you will just have to come up with another way to oiperate the 6-ports (there are many) or wire them open.
