www.aerodyne.net - they have a cheap one that I heard fits well. It's also a slightly different design than most, pretty cool. I've got an R-Magic piece, fit like CRAP. Looks great after some trimming though.

I made my own. Cost $0. Leftover sheetmetal from the shop at work, and time, is all it took.

Yep do what evilrotor did...thats what I plan on doing for mine. You can cut the sheet metal several different ways, but I think I'm going to try a dremel tool with a cutting wheel on it.

Just remember, the idea of a radiator shroud is to control and direct the air going to the radiator to encourage the cooling effect to the maximum possible. Any hole you cut will deminish that effect (can you tell I've delt with a similar problem before? No, not the 7). Also, relocating the radiator overflow bottle is not a bad idea. It'll allow more air flow to be directed at the radiator, as well as eliminate the need for one more hole.

My 86 gxl is the only one that i have seen where the over flow tank is on the driver side strut tower. is that just a 86 model thing?

Yes, it is a '86 thing. Mine is like that too. However, it's been re-located due to turbo and FMIC :-)
