They are not progressive rate.

I have a set and they feel great! Check out the site for more info. The guys there can answer any specific questions you have too...

They are good springs but they dont nessecarily lower your car. Your car will probally look the same as before because of the cars old and saggy suspension. -Gabe

Nick86,

Would you say they're too rough for daily driving?

My car rides on 205/60/15's, with Tokicos on all 4 corners with the RB springs. For everyday driving it is firm but certainly no too rough. To be realistic it is a sports car, and I like it stiffly sprung, but it isn't bone jarring. If you started to add 17" wheels with 35 series tires and ultra stiff shocks - maybe it would be too rough - but just the springs as an upgrade; they are great.

I'd have to say the suspension tech spring are almost the same expect they have the same spring rate for the front and rear, racing beat has less in the rear and more in the front, although you can pick up the suspension tech springs for 79.99 From JC Whitney, I love them and I use my car as a daily they have a great feel

P.S. Sorry but I recently Join Mazdaspeed and got really cheap rebuild parts so I will no longer be needing your engine, sorry to lead you on like I did
