Track, 1/4mile, Grip, Super EGO boost: R32 GT-R.
Auto X, Drift, um.... cheaper: FC Turbo II
I'd choose a GT-R but heck where can iIget it at a cheap price? I'm in the US

i'm glad i have no idea what any particular car is for so i just randomly pair them up against FCs.
what's next week? MR2? 240SX? AE86? DSM?
oh i got it. what would you rather have a 360 Modena or an FC?

The particular car is for EVERYTHING. From daily/winter driver to lapping days & autoxs.

Since you posted this in the 2nd Gen I'm assuming you want to compare an FC with a GTR, hands down GTR if you want to leave it stock, however if you want to work the car you can drop in a 20b with a t04 conversion for the price diffence
Both FC and FD are cheaper to work on than GTR's, and are far less comon on the street, and to me they look better
If your comparing an FD to a GTR then your starting to be in the same price range and similar stock 1/4 mile times.
However if your comparing an FC with a Skyline GTS-T with the GTR body kit then you want the FC

FCs and FDs may be less common on your streets... i saw one of each generation RX7 yesterday (none of which were mine or people i knew) and at least 3 RX8s. i've seen one Skyline in my life. an R32 GTR.

The R32's looks don't attract me as much as the R34s do.. And as for turning heads, you could turn as many heads with a nice TII then you could with an R32. I'd say go with a TII because they're a lot cheaper, and also figure in the bias that I'm a 7 owner myself.
And then again driving RHD would be tight as hell... be weird to shift with the left hand though.

AS MUCH AS R34s.. wow, there's a $60K price jump. maybe not literally, but FCs don't attract my eye as much as 360s (or whatever the devil you wanna put in the blank). after seeing an R32 in person, i changed my mind about a lot. it was a stunning car. pictures, like with FDs, do not do it justice. you may have seen 10 -32s and just as many -34s, and that's fine, but kind of irrelevant.
oh, and i think right hand drive would turn heads to anyone in a car next to you -- either side. turning heads isn't my thing, but i think RHD would acheive extra points.

the gtr is a fair whack more car than the t2. the fact that you've got it winning a poll on an rx7 site should tell you this
it's more comparable to an fd in terms of overall performance and handling.

I'm from Australia, and Skyline's are the current "in-thing to import", so much so there almost as comon as WRX's (plague proportions). Don't get me wrong therir quick, look pretty aggressive on the outside, but always thought the interior looked dated compared to the same year RX7. If you want to compare an 86 Skyline turbo with my 86 TII, I know which one you'll want I'd rather drive a car that was built as a sports car from the ground up, than a hybrid tourer/family saloon with a turbo and AWD chucked in. My 2 cents worth
