Quick question: what's on the end of this hose?
Spraying carb cleaner to find a large idle-killing vac leak
, it looks like the leak is somewhere under the vdi manifold. I'm just wondering what this thing is. (see red arrow) It's not labeled in the FSM.

I'm going to try taking that thing off to see if it makes a difference, but there is another hose that goes under the uim. Where's it go? Why is this not in the FSM?
