Quick question, how do i get the automatic counterweight off the crank shaft?

i'm not sure if its the crankshaft or not, but its on there good, do i need a puller? I tried prying it off but it didnt go, This is the automatic counterweight on the engine as i'm using the stock flywheel from the manual, thank you...

i got a puller from mazdatrix from racing beat. but it looks pretty easy to make go to mazdatrix.com and look at the picture. if you have the light flywheel already then you have the bolt needed or just get the treads of it. basically a circle with 6 holes with longer bolts. the metal needs to be thick though. good luck you will need a puller forsure.
