Well, if a dyno told you nothing, than obviously no one would dyno their car. What if you are a shitty driver, or your suspension is set up so horribly that you lose time, or your tires are bald. 1/4 mile times and trap speeds DO tell how fast your car is, but a dyno tells actually how much power your putting to the ground, which in the end is what *MOST* people look for.

no no, I meant after you put lighter body parts on your car a dyno would still give you the same result as before you put the lighter parts on, but if you took a significant amount of weight off you would notice a difference in the 1/4 not on the dyno.

I like the lights...

I semi-like the body kits.

Sure, but even if they can beat me, with my busted up door, rusted out muffler, and torn up seats... They're still Rice (aka Tacky)... Fast, but Rice. Their body kits and crap are a little too Fast and Furious in my Opinion.

BTW, How much faster does that 200lbs of Fiberglass make those cars run anyway? Just curious

Or is it a fixed ratio like 10lbs = 1hp?

Oh, well, I'm gonna go check out the new neon lights over in the Civic forum next....
