Questions About Icemark's HID Kits

Been reading up on HID kits and retro fits here. Particularly I found this one interesting:

https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...&highlight=HID

Does anybody have any pictures of Icemark's HID Kit he was selling? Correct me if I am wrong, but were the main components of this?:

1) DOT approved H4 Housing
2) DOT approved HID Kit (Ballast, Bulbs, ect.)

From some of the posts I have been reading, I found alot of people don't recommed going the "cheap ebay" H4 Housing with HID Kit route, but when I read on Icemark's Kit nobody seemed to have anything bad to say about them when it essentially is almost the same thing apart from it being DOT approved.

Is there anything besides both of the components being DOT approved that makes Icemark's Kits a better choice to use? Do they cause any glare that the "cheap ebay" housing are known for?

How do these kits compare to a "retrofit" with a real HID projector?

Since it seems Icemark is not longer offering the kits, I was thinking of buying DOT approved H4 housing (200mm) with a DOT approved HID Kit from: http://www.omnixautosports.com/H4-hi...-xenon-kit.htm

Is there a better route to doing this?

Let me know if I confused you guys

People complain that the h4 housings causes the light to basically go all over the place. Some people have said that a proper h4 housing would be fine, such as hella. Search on ebay for hella's, they look really good. They often aren't found on ebay but once in a while people sell them on there brand new.

As with a projector it's directed and pointed in the correct location and won't wander. Projector's are also the way it's SUPPOSED to be done.
