Question about split air pipe
I have a N/A S4 and I am running a straight pipe and i blocked off the ACV and removed the air pump and wired open the 5/6 actuators . My question is what do i about the hose that goes to split air pipe?

Close off the "open port" with a bit of hose and a cork to keep the passage clean.
On a tangent here, but if you've noticed a bit more backfiring since you blocked off the ACV, it's 'cuz part of the ACV is the AAV (anti-afterburn valve), which lets a bit of air into the intake. Doesn't bother most people, though. Oh, just remembered you have a straight pipe, so that in itself will cause more backfiring.
