Question about ignitors
Ok so my secondaries work fine in neutral but when I engage the trans they seem to dye out around 5000 rpm. I tested them they test fine. So this realy has me stumped. Any help would be great thank you.

Your secondary what? fuel injectors? The title says ignitors. If by secondary ignitors you mean spark plugs, then I think you are talking about the trailing spark plugs, but really I have no clue what you are talking about. You need to be a lot more discriptive.

I think he means the trail coil assy. So they stop working at 5000 rpm???? I have a tendency to say who cares. They really don't do much at that rpm. They mostly help clean up the emissions at low rpm. If I remember right, my 82 had them cutout at high rpm. It was designed that way on that series car. I was not aware that the series four and five were that way.
EDIT: After looking at the 91 manual, I see no mention of the Trail Coil cutting off at high rpm. I thought about it a bit. If they are cutting out...then that is a problem that needs fixing. It's something that should not be happening.
