Question about engine swap

I'm looking at buying a 89 RX7. The engine in it is seized though. I found a J-Spec engine, the guy wasn't 100% on wheather it was a 92 or a 93 13B with turbo.

My question is can the 92 or 93 13B turbo engines just swap in to a 89? ( I think the 92 would but not sure about the 93 ) and secondly, would I need to change anything else aside from the computer and exhaust to put a Turbo engine into a N/A

I'm new to these rotary engines, so any help is appreciated.

Thanks

from what I've been told (I was going to attemp a 93 to 88 transplant) you'll need alot of wiring work. engine loom, and dash loom. The cost was ever slightly less then a 20B setup. I'd say find a good 89 engine and have that dropped in.
