Check the sale section, or search for making a tid (or turbo inlet duct). It sounds like between your vac leak & etc you've got a boost leak. Check the hose connector underneath the intercooler on the drivers side in the back by the firewall, then follow it around and check all of the brake booster hoses (they run along the firewall from the booster & mastercylinder over to the lower intake manifold area)

Check for intake leaks in or around the UIM. My LIM --> UIM gasket was fried and I had an uncapped vac line chillin and I was only boosting at 5.5 psi. After I fixed both, I boosted at 9 psi through all gears with the exeption of 3rd which was boosting at 12 for some odd reason....

It's still very likely you've got some leaks from elsewhere. Check your bypass valve hoses (and the clamps as well, make sure every clamp you find is tight!) Also, check your TID again for smaller cracks anywhere along it, and it is still possible that it's leaking air from there, so don't rule it out completely. How does the car idle? Have you done a tune-up at all recently? If not, it's always a good idea to help eliminate problems (fuel/oil filter, plugs & wires, fluid changes, TPS adjustment, etc)

Im gonna get a new TID and replace the intake manifold gasket, get the fuel injectors cleaned, replace all vac lines I can get to, get block off plates and remove the usless emitions stuff, and do a tune up. hopefully somewhere in there is the problem and when I get it all done it will be fixed!!!!
Thanks for all your help

New info I made a custom TID and now boost is at 5 in all gears all the way through redlin, chirps in 2nd and 3rd. Im gonna go to the exhaust shop tom and have them put on a straight pipe and see if its mabe the silencer thing they put on. Also I dont think there is and it may be a stupid question but theres no boost controler or regulator on a s4 TII is there???

hell, i want my creep to stop, it creeps up to probably at least 9 but with my stock fuel cut i have to feather the throttle to keep it from hitting the wall. this is a mid sized streetport with stock exhaust.
i didn't read all the replies but it sounds like you either have a big restriction in the exhaust somewhere or a pressure leak from one of your IC hoses somewhere, maybe even the IC itself.
