Pulsation Question

Pulsation Question
I am working on an 87 turbo. Bad fuel leak.
I removed the upper manifold to get to the rails.
I decided to order the parts from mazdatix today while at work. I got a new gasket, injector o-rings and bushings as well as the pulsation damper.
Got home and started looking at it and the one I thought was doing the leaking is on the top rail. Had a plastic cap. When the plastic cap was removed a little screw with an o-ring was loose inside.
Any way, The pulsation damper shown on the mazdatrix website does not have a nipple for a fuel line on it. the one on my top rail does. I see something on the bottom rail that looks allot like it.
Have I ordered the correct part? Does it go on the top rail or the bottom rail? Are there two?
Also, What harm could running a NA hood on a Turbo II for the short term do?
