Pulsation Damper and Pressure Regulator swapped
Im putting my engine back together and I notice that my regulator is on my lower rail and the pulsation damper is on the upper. Its a Jspec LIM. Anyone ever seen this? I assume its fine this way but its the first time Ive seen it.

It is because they Fail to notice the Fuel rails are "opposite": to that of a USDM engine.
So they hook the Fuel Up in Reverse and since it is not flowing to the Primary Rail first, the car fails to start!
Proper fuel flow is IN from the Fuel Filter to the Primary, out to secondary,In to secondary and OUT to Return..Follow that and you car will get fuel!

make sure your Line from the Filter goes to the Primary rail. The other fuel hose/line comes off the Secondary and goes back to Tank(return on firewall).
