Proper O2 Voltage for tunning SAFC mixture

Ok, going to wire my blue wire off of my SAFC to my O2 sensor tomorrow, what voltages should I be looking for from the O2 sensor for a good mixture???
From what I've gathered from searching-
Above .95 to Rich
Below .80 to lean

Does this sound right??

thanks

yea, your right, I connected a volt meter to my o2 sensor and it pulls .84, with stereo on it pulls .83, if you adjust the SAFC to +10, it still reads .83...... ow well, time to find a dyno.
