Well I guess to some of you guys this is **** glad I could get your rocks off lol. Hopefully I will be able to get it to a dyno at some point this winter to tune it and be ready to race next season.

That is a sweet ride. I'm deciding whether to go with a 60-1 or this bizzare twin td05 setup. I already have the haltech installed, RC 1200cc secondaries, RP fuel pump, and some more. You have to give me some dyno numbers on that to4e, or **** just bring that thing to Md. Sweet ride!

I'm pretty sure there is a market for this item if you can have them done for folks. Just a thought.

Well it seems to work but then you have to cut down your oil filler which isnt to much of a problem just a PITA. During this winter im gonna be making several things on waterjet/laser cutters when business is on the slow side here at work.

I had this one done at a machine shop a year ago and it was expensive but with a waterjet wouldnt be bad at all. I should just get either K2RD, Fc3s, or Rx7Store.net to sell them for me but haven't talked to them yet.

Looks good!

Good job dude. One thing I noticed right off the bat is that you did the same thing I did when making your cooling system... the water inlet to the thermostat is higher than the filler on the radiator, so you will not be able to get all of the air out of it. If you still have the coolant passages hooked up to the TB, you can use that to bleed the air out, but most people I've seen lately have ditched that in favor of a ported and cleaned up TB.

You may want to look into adding a filler spolt at the top of the thermostat entrance so it is easier to top off the water...

Hmm never thought about ithat.....I will have to look into getting the air out somehow. Doesnt the s4 engines have the cap up next to the engine?

Sort of... its built into the radiator, but extended away on a pipe... kinda ghetto, but it works.

This winter, I'll be installing my electric water pump, so that will be easy to bleed the air out with

I'd thought about making a new water pump housing neck (the black plastic piece) and putting a cap on it... but I decided I'd just wait til I got the electric pump installed.

Only problem with an electric pump is that you loose the mounting location for your alternator and have to fabricate a bracket... ug. Oh well, I found a couple of pics once (that are bookmarked at home... of course) that show how other people have made their brackets and it honestly doesn't look too hard.
