progress on my '86
Well, I've finally got my car to a point where I'm happy driving it. It still DESPERATELY needs tint, but as winter is coming on, it's not such a necessity (but when summer comes, the BLACK car is getting some tint. 
)
So far, since I picked it up in July I have:
Removed all rust, straightened the dents/dings (well most of them) and had it professionally resprayed (black from red).
Replaced the ENTIRE interior (originally had the horrible maroon/puke brown, with no BINS, now has grey 2 tone with bins).
Repaired the Logicon/Idiot cluster.
Fixed the bad idle.
fixed the shattered center console (custom fiberglass)
replaced the wheels/tires with 5 lug setup from a TII/GXL (front/rear respectively, GXL wheels)
random little things (FTPs, Tail Lights -S4-, H4 conversion, custom decals, etc...)
Anyway, here are a few pics-
BEFORE: (NOTE, the paint looks a lot better in this picture then it really was!!!)
Now:
Not too bad for a 750 dollar car.
By the way.. the reflectors/parking lamps are tinted black. They still reflect just fine when the light hits, and light just as usual, I just like the black on black on black look.

Look for someone parting out a car, and just get everything at once. I paid 200 bucks combined for a complete interior and a rust-free sunroof.
