problem with rtek 1.5?

A few months ago i had the 1.5 installed into my 88 t2. I had a problem with it 5 minutes after the ecu was hooked back up in the car. The fuel pump relay was turning on and off very fast, I couldnt drive the car at all and would not stop no matter what. The installer had an extra ECU he let me borrow to get home while he worked on my ECU. He installed the chip into another turbo ECU and said it was not doing the problem on another t2 and to come and pick it up. I have not had any probs until a week ago when all of sudden this same problem started happening again with the fuel pump relay turning on and off. So far i have run diagnostics on the fuel pump wiring, voltage to the pump and relay and some others and found nothing, so maybe someone has some thoughts?

So you have been using the 1.5 during these few months or you haven't?

I have no idea. Sounds like an install problem. Sounds to me like possibly the ECU is resetting. While it's doing that, can you read any check codes?
