Cannot find the actual S5 FSM wiring diagram, but try this, cuz it has circuit diagrams:

heres the kicker. niether my s4 tii or my cousins s5 gtus have stickers on our covers. so i ASSUMED all fuses were same as mine and I realized something...i was testing the wrong slot and the BTN fuse was not in the right spot the whole time. Put it all back toogether and Voila. good as new.
Everything worked again....except the passive seatbelts are now working intermittently. I thought it was simply the case of misplaced fuse but I explained to my cousin what i did and he said a week prior the factory alarm went crazy on him so he panicked and pulled the engine bay fuses till it stopped. One would assume he put it in the wrong spot but these problems didnt happen until recently which is odd.
Nonetheless everythings in workin order for the most part.
thanks for all the ideas and help guys. ill keep this updated for a couple days to wait it out and see if it acts up again!
