Is this a problem?

Sometimes when i fire my 90 TII up, it wont be running at full boost. Then after i drive for about 10 - 15 min than its at full boost. Does anyone have any advice for me. It will be appriciated

The thermo-wax will hold off the secondary throttles until you're warmed up, but that should take less than a minute. We need a turbo guru..

I have noticed this one turbo car would run lean, until it was fully warm and then you would get full boost, I think the CPU has something to do with this, and keeps you from blowing your engine. Maybe

Mine used to run rough and have trouble boosting when it wasn't all the way warmed up, but once I changed the TPS, that went away.

For the record, don't boost your car until it's warmed up...
