Pricing help for 87'

Bought a s5 with everything i want, no longer have use for my S4. I want to know what I can reasonably price it for. I looked around the classifieds and I have an idea of what its worth but... who knows.
Car is in Louisiana, Shreveport.

1987 S4 base model RX7. White.
Cosmetically damaged front clip, driver front fender. I'd say no more than $600 to have it near new again.
New Tokico Illumina 5-way adjustable struts with Tanabe springs.
Front and rear strut tower braces.
TurboII hood.
K&N cone filter.
Stock 14" rims.
Interior could be near perfect with about $300 in scouted out parts bought from forum.
Falken Azenis have about 60%.
LSD swapped rear end.
Newer clutch will be installed with the tranny I have to put in it.

i have one dude who doesnt really know what hes talking about making a serious $3k offer on it. But if that falls through then...
if your giving me a real #, what makes it so low?

btw it has 105k miles

i would say about $2000 - $2500, at least here in Texas.

RX7's seem to go for a LOT more here, not sure why though.

I have an 87 as well and am thinking about selling it, i would ask $2500 for it to start with around here. but it is also in better condition save for the paint then yours.

If some idiot wants to pay twice what the car is worth, then it is your duty to take his money before he spends it on something even more stupid.
