pressure sensor/sixports

on a 88 na vert ,could removing the vaccum line from the pressure sensor and putting it back on a couple of times and also pushing and pulling on the sixport shaft while you rev the engine up cause it to mess up ? if so how and how do i it fix it now. that is what i did and now it is hard to start and won't idle under 1000k and acts like it only running on one spark plug. i feel like I AM the most stupid person in the world now and i need to have somebody kick my#$$%.

You probably only messed up the pressure sensor.Test the sensor to see if it's any good.

Very unlikely unless you bent the shaft or something serious inside the intake.

I unplugged the vac line to the pressure sensor before. Even ran it that way for a week. Doubt that would cause any problems.

Check the wiring and make sure you didn't unplug something. The TPS wires are near there. That seems more likely.
